I am VERY sorry to announnce the closing of the Galway Tribes in Frankfort. The economy got a hold of us and never let go. Our last day of operation was May 30, 2009. At the Tribes we always have something brewing with Live Music 5 or 6 Nights per week, one of the top beer lists in Chicagoland boasting nearly 120 labels and, of course, great food with daily dining and drinks specials. The Galway Tribes has beautifully designed furniture, hand painted ceilings and five Plasma screen televisions! Additionally, the owner operator, Niall, can be seen behind the bar three or four nights per week. The Tribes also offers a semi-private meeting space that can easily accommodate up to 50 guests (and has even hosted parties for over 100 persons).

We also have an outstanding beer garden with seating up to 120 persons and a patio bar that seats 16!

The Galway Tribes is located at 9680 Lincolnway Lane in Frankfort (across the street from Alsip Nursery and adjacent to Lincoln-Way East High School).  The Tribes opens for lunch daily at noon. Inquiries and party bookings can be made by calling 815.464.9881.
